Instituto was trailing by 2 points at halftime but managed to get 4-point lead after three quarters before a 27-9 charge of Ferrocarril, which allowed them to win the game. American center Andrew Feeley (206-83, college: UMBC) chipped in 16 points and 5 rebounds. American swingman Rodney Green (196-88, college: La Salle) produced 25 points and 5 rebounds and his fellow American import John DeGroat (201-85, college: Pittsburgh) added 12 points and 9 rebounds respectively for lost side. Ferrocarril maintains second position with 22-11 record having four points less than leader San Lorenzo. Loser Instituto keeps the third place with 14 games lost. Ferrocarril will face league's leader San Lorenzo in Almagra in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Instituto will play on the road against Hispano Am. in Rio Gallegos and hope to win that game.
