No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Libertad Sunchales (18-17) crushed at home 8th ranked Penarol (14-23) 85-66 on Wednesday. The game was mostly controlled by Libertad Sunchales. Penarol was better in fourth quarter 23-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Marcos Saglietti (190-86) orchestrated the victory by scoring 20 points and 5 rebounds. International point guard Jose Vildoza (190-96) contributed with 23 points for the winners. Four Libertad Sunchales players scored in double figures. The former international forward Franco Giorgetti (201-92) answered with 15 points and Alejandro Diez (201-87) added 8 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Penarol. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Libertad Sunchales have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain sixth place with 18-17 record. Penarol lost eighth consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with 23 games lost.
