No shocking result in a game when first ranked Mollet (15-3) beat on the road 6th ranked Sant Adria (9-9) 94-87 on Saturday. Sant Adria trailed by 14 points after 3 quarters before a 25-18 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 87-94 at the end of the game. Mollet made 22-of-25 free shots (88.0 percent) during the game. Sant Adria was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for power forward Ramon Espuna (206-84) who led his team to a victory with 19 points. Point guard Albert Ferrer (180-82) contributed with 13 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Mollet will face league's second-placed Quart at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Sant Adria will play against Barbera (#4) in Barcelona and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
