Regular Season Round 11: Delhi C. - Haryana G. 114-101

An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Delhi. Second ranked Delhi C. faced 4th placed Haryana G.. Host Delhi C. (4-2) defeated guests from Chandigarh (1-5) 114-101. The game was mostly controlled by Delhi C.. Haryana G. managed to win third quarter 28-25. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Delhi C. looked well-organized offensively handing out 35 assists comparing to just 21 passes made by Haryana G.'s players. The best player for the winners was American guard Ronald March (196-93, college: Philander Smith) who had a triple-double by scoring 36 points (!!!), 10 rebounds, 11 assists and 5 steals. International forward Amjyot Singh (203-92, agency: Octagon Europe) chipped in 18 points, 7 rebounds and 9 assists. March is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. American guard De'Sean Mattox (185, college: E.Oregon) produced 29 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals and naturalized Australian guard Eban Hyams (196-81, college: Georgia Perimeter) added 13 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists respectively for the guests. Five Delhi C. and four Haryana G. players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Delhi C. maintains second place with 4-2 record having just one victory less than leader Mumbai Ch. Haryana G. at the other side keeps the fourth position with five games lost.
