The game in Rakvere was also quite interesting. Sixth ranked TLU/Kalev (7-14) played at the court of 8th ranked BC Rakvere (5-15). TLU/Kalev did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 88-69 on Tuesday. The guests trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 9-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 88-69. TLU/Kalev made 23-of-28 free shots (82.1 percent) during the game. TLU/Kalev had a 33-21 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. BC Rakvere was plagued by 29 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was Serbian center Djordje Dzeletovic (205-93, agency: AproK Sports Group) who had a double-double by scoring 27 points and 10 rebounds (perfect from the field making all eight shots !!!). The former international point guard Kristo Saage (186-85) chipped in 9 points and 10 rebounds. Four TLU/Kalev players scored in double figures. Point guard Siim-Markus Post (183-97) produced 17 points and 4 assists and guard Mario Paiste (186-89) added 12 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for the hosts. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. TLU/Kalev maintains sixth position with 7-14 record. BC Rakvere lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with 15 games lost. TLU/Kalev will face higher ranked Parnu (#5) on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. BC Rakvere will play against Valga and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
