The game between Top Four teams took place in Salamanca. First ranked host Perfumerias Avenida (20-1) smashed 4th placed Campus Promete (11-10) 75-53. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Campus Promete. The game was mostly controlled by Perfumerias Avenida. Campus Promete was better in fourth quarter 15-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Perfumerias Avenida dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Campus Promete's 36. Perfumerias Avenida forced 19 Campus Promete turnovers and outrebounded them 48-28 including a 21-10 advantage in offensive rebounds. Brazilian center Erika De-Souza (197-82, agency: Josep and Nicolas) nailed a double-double by scoring 14 points and 19 rebounds for the winning side and American swingman Alana Beard (185-82, college: Duke) accounted for 16 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Perfumerias Avenida players scored in double figures. Italian-Australian guard Nicole Romeo (168-89, college: Washington) came up with 11 points and 5 rebounds and American guard Robyn Parks (183-92, college: VCU) added 15 points respectively for Campus Promete in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Perfumerias Avenida have an impressive series of fifteen victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 20-1 record. Campus Promete at the other side dropped to the fifth position with ten games lost. They share it with Ferrol. Perfumerias Avenida will play against Al-Qazeres (#10) in Caceres in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Campus Promete will play on the road against the league's second-placed Argon Uni Girona (#2) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
