Meridiano Alicante defeated Zornotza 78-62 on Saturday. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Zornotza. The guests trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 4-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 78-62. Meridiano Alicante forced 20 Zornotza turnovers. It was a great evening for point guard Carles Marzo (190-92, agency: Duran International) who led his team to a victory scoring 22 points. American forward Dionte Ferguson (198-92, college: S.Alabama) helped adding 12 points and 7 rebounds. Serbian power forward Vasilije Vucetic (209-96) responded with 20 points and 6 rebounds and point guard Iker Salazar (192-93) scored 12 points and 6 rebounds.
