The game in Sao Paulo was also worth to mention about. One of their biggest challengers Paschoalotto/Bauru (16-9) played at the court of fifth ranked Vivo/Franca (15-9). Vivo/Franca managed to secure a 7-point victory 92-85. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Paschoalotto/Bauru. Vivo/Franca dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Paschoalotto/Bauru's 22 and made 24-of-31 charity shots (77.4 percent) during the game.
