An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Kosice. First ranked Good Angels faced second-best Piestanske C.. Host Good Angels (11-1) smashed guests from Piestany (8-4) 94-67. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Piestanske C.. Good Angels made 36-of-41 free shots (87.8 percent) during the game, while Piestanske C. only scored seventeen points from the stripe. They outrebounded Piestanske C. 41-30 including 19 on the offensive glass. 31 personal fouls committed by Piestanske C. helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was Australian guard Rebecca Allen (185-92, agency: LBM Management) who scored 18 points and 7 rebounds. The former international center Anna Jurcenkova (195-85) chipped in 16 points and 7 rebounds. Five Good Angels players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was the former international Sabina Oroszova (190-93, college: E.Illinois) who recorded 16 points (went 10 for 10 at the free throw line !!!) and American center Monique Oliver (188-91, college: Rutgers) added 12 points and 9 rebounds respectively. Piestanske C.'s coach Martin Pospisil gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Good Angels have an impressive six-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position in Places 1-4 with 11-1 record. Piestanske C. at the other side keeps the second place with four games lost.
