Very significant was Ullern's (#1, 17-1) victory against 4th ranked Gimle Pride (5-10) 88-51. The game without a history. Ullern led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Gimle Pride to just 6 points in fourth quarter. Ullern shot 21 for 28 from the free-throw line, while Gimle Pride only scored one point from the stripe. Ullern forced 21 Gimle Pride turnovers and outrebounded them 38-25 including 26 on the defensive glass. 25 personal fouls committed by Gimle Pride helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The former international power forward Tori Halvorsen (183-88, college: American) scored 17 points and 8 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and forward Mia Henriksen (180-84) chipped in 19 points and 6 rebounds (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line) during the contest.
