The game was mostly controlled by Arras. COB Calais was better in third quarter 18-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when Arras won last quarter 21-10. They also forced 19 COB Calais turnovers. The best player for the winners was guard Aminata Konate (169-90) who had a double-double by scoring 10 points, 10 rebounds, 9 assists and 6 steals. Forward Assitan Kone (190-95) chipped in 10 points. American forward Shawnta Dyer (185-91, college: Louisville, agency: Two Points) produced a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds and swingman Elise Prodhomme (180-89) added 16 points respectively for the guests. Arras moved-up to fourth place, which they share with COB Calais and Reims. Arras will face bottom-ranked CFBB (#14) in Paris in the next round and are hoping to win another game. COB Calais will play at home against the league's leader Avenir (#1) and hope to win that game and get promotion back to the LFB just one year after relegation.
