Third-ranked Contern (13-10) made lots of trouble for second ranked Musel Pikes (18-5) in Stadrbredimus. Musel Pikes managed to secure only one-point victory 98-97. However their fans expected easier game. Musel Pikes made 21-of-25 charity shots (84.0 percent) during the game. The game was dominated by American players. Swingman Jarmar Gulley (196-91, college: Missouri St.) saved the victory by scoring 33 points (!!!), 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. Power forward Clancy Rugg (203-91, college: Vermont, agency: Pro Partner Sports Management) contributed with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. Guard Jesse Morgan (196-91, college: Temple) answered with 41 points (!!!) and 7 rebounds (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) and swingman Manny Atkins (198-91, college: Georgia St.) added 20 points and 17 rebounds in the effort for Contern. Four Contern players scored in double figures. Musel Pikes maintains second place in League with 18-5 record having just three points less than leader Amicale. Contern at the other side keeps the third position with ten games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
