Palanga fired past Zalgiris II to force the decisive fifth game in the series. Zalgiris II was trailing by 13 points at halftime but managed to get 3-point lead after three quarters before a 17-5 charge of Palanga, which allowed them to win the game. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Zalgiris II to just 5 points in fourth quarter. Worth to mention a quality performance of forward Aurimas Urbonas (190-93) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points, 6 rebounds and 12 assists and guard Zygimantas Simonis (192-95) who added 11 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side power forward Laurynas Birutis (213-97) responded with 18 points and 8 rebounds and Grantas Vasiliauskas (204-99) scored 16 points and 6 rebounds.
