The game between Top Four teams took place in Kaarina. Third ranked host Ura Basket (19-7) defeated their biggest opponent TuNMKY (21-5) 90-85. It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of TuNMKY. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But TuNMKY won fourth quarter 23-21. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Jermaine Watson (193-81, college: Boston Coll.) who helped to win the game recording 22 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Swingman Eero Aaltonen (194-90) contributed with 16 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Watson is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Center Mikael Sandberg (210-91) replied with 25 points and 7 rebounds and guard Eero Innamaa (186-98) added 15 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists in the effort for TuNMKY. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Ura Basket maintains third position with 19-7 record having just three points less than leader Lahti. TuNMKY at the other side keeps the second place with five games lost.
