Date: March 12, 2017
Leader Armani Milano delivered the nineteenth victory. This time they beat 5th ranked Banco di Srd (12-10) 82-75 in Sassari. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Banco di Srd won third quarter 20-18. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The other American import forward Jamel McLean (203-88, college: Xavier, agency: BeoBasket) contributed with 17 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Banco di Srd's coach Federico Pasquini rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Armani Milano (19-3) have an impressive five-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position. Banco di Srd at the other side keeps the fifth place with ten games lost. They share the position with Dolomiti En. TR. Armani Milano will play against bottom-ranked Vanoli Cremona (#16) at home in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Banco di Srd will play against Scandone AV (#3) in Avellino and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
