The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Sleza Wroclaw as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Sleza Wroclaw smashed 9th ranked JAS FBG at home 91-51. Sleza Wroclaw dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to JAS FBG's 32. Sleza Wroclaw forced 26 JAS FBG turnovers and outrebounded them 45-24 including a 27-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. Sleza Wroclaw's coach Grzegorz Krzak felt very confident using 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American forward Mariah King (188-90, college: E.Illinois) produced 15 points and 6 rebounds and power forward Paulina Rozwadowska (191-89, agency: Promotex) added 13 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side. As mentioned above they are at the top of the standings, which they share with Wisla Can-Pack. JAS FBG lost seventh consecutive game. They keep the ninth place with 16 games lost.
