Quarter-Finals Round 3: Amager - SISU 79-56

Amager rolled past SISU to seal their semifinal appearance. The hosts trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 17-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 79-56. Amager dominated on the defensive end, holding SISU to just 5 points in second quarter. They made 18-of-21 free shots (85.7 percent) during the game. They outrebounded SISU 43-31 including a 31-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a good game for forward Catharina Jensen (182-89) who led her team to a victory with 19 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Filipino-American forward Kelly Hardeman (183-94, college: Azusa Pacific) contributed with 8 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. American guard Ciara Andrews (175-94, college: St.Joseph's) answered with 12 points and 5 rebounds and the other American import guard Kama Griffitts (183-91, college: Arizona) added 8 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for SISU. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
