Damligan top team - Udominate (27-0) had no problems winning another game on Wednesday. This time they crushed eighth ranked KFUM Ostersund (10-17) 94-67. The game was mostly controlled by Udominate. KFUM Ostersund managed to win second period 25-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Udominate dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to KFUM Ostersund's 22. They outrebounded KFUM Ostersund 69-16 including a 20-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for Udominate especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 56.3 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by KFUM Ostersund's players. The best player for the winners was American guard Hollie Mershon (178-90, college: Drexel, agency: Interperformances) who scored 24 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists. Latvian center Zenta Melnika (197-91) chipped in a double-double by scoring 16 points and 16 rebounds. Four Udominate players scored in double figures. Coach Tamara Ruzic's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. American guard Taylor Wurtz (183-90, college: Wisconsin) produced 31 points and 8 rebounds and guard Isabelle Edholm (177-93) added 13 points respectively for the hosts. Udominate have an impressive 21-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 27-0 record. KFUM Ostersund lost fourth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the eighth place with 17 games lost. They share the position with Visby.
