Very predictable result in Galdakao where sixth ranked GDKO Bizkaia (13-10) outscored 14th ranked Ponce Valladolid (4-19) 72-51 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by GDKO Bizkaia. Ponce Valladolid was better in second period 19-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Ponce Valladolid 40-28 including 28 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was Cameroonian forward Achiri Ade (185, college: Texas A&M) who had a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds. Berta Dalmau (180-94) chipped in 11 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists.
