Regular Season Round 22: Rustavi - Sokhumi 88-69

The game between Top Four teams took place in Rustavi. Third ranked host Energy Invest (13-9) smashed one of their biggest challengers Sokhumi (9-13) 88-69. Sokhumi was trailing by 7 points at halftime but managed to get 1-point lead after three quarters before a 34-14 charge of Energy Invest, which allowed them to win the game. Energy Invest outrebounded Sokhumi 42-26 including a 33-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. Loser Sokhumi keeps the fourth place with 13 games lost. Energy Invest will meet Olimpi (#7) in the next round. Sokhumi will play against the league's second-placed Kutaisi and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
