Regular Season Round 11: Washington W. - Dubois D. 95-98

The most exciting game of round 11 in the PBL took place in Washington. This derby game ended with only three-point home defeat of 6th ranked Warhawks (3-8) to eighth ranked Dream (1-16) 98-95 on Sunday evening. The best player for the winners was guard Anthony Jackson (196-89, college: Florida Tech) who scored 23 points and 7 rebounds. Center Julius Francis (211, college: Miss.Valley St.) chipped in a double-double by scoring 20 points and 13 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). Dream's coach used entire bench in such tough game. Swingman Bryant Osei (195-90) produced a double-double by scoring 23 points and 11 rebounds (on 11-of-13 shooting from the field) and Michael Oblitey added 25 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Dream maintains eighth place with 1-16 record. Warhawks at the other side keep the sixth position with eight games lost. Dream will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Warhawks will play again at home against Dream (#8) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
