Regular Season Round 23: Dolomiti En. TR - The Flexx PT 99-91

No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Dolomiti En. TR (13-10) beat 11th ranked The Flexx PT (10-13) in Trento 99-91 on Sunday. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 30-21. But The Flexx PT won third quarter 31-16. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a great shooting night for Dolomiti En. TR especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 58.8 percentage. American players dominated also this game. Swingman Dominique Sutton (198-86, college: N.C.Central) orchestrated the victory by scoring 21 points and 5 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). Devyn Marble (198-92, college: Iowa) contributed with 27 points for the winners. Forward Terran Petteway (198-92, college: Nebraska) answered with 27 points and point guard Ronald Moore (183-88, college: Siena) added 14 points and 8 assists in the effort for The Flexx PT. Five Dolomiti En. TR and four The Flexx PT players scored in double figures. Dolomiti En. TR moved-up to fifth place. The Flexx PT lost their fourth game in a row. They dropped to the tenth position with 13 games lost. Dolomiti En. TR will face VL Pesaro (#15) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. The Flexx PT will play against the league's leader Armani Milano (#1) and hope to win that game.
