Regular Season Round 25: Ninane - Giants B 82-99

The game between 9th ranked Ninane (10-14) and eighth ranked Giants B (11-15) in Ninane on Wednesday ended with biggest points difference. Guests from Antwerp beat Ninane 99-82. The game was mostly controlled by Giants B. Ninane was better in fourth quarter 27-26. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The former international power forward Francois Lhoest (196-85) answered with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 16 rebounds and 7 assists and Romain Fassotte (190-91) added 16 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Ninane. Four Giants B and five Ninane players scored in double figures. Giants B maintains eighth place with 11-15 record. Loser Ninane keeps the ninth position with 14 games lost. Giants B will face Gistel Oostende (#11) at home in the next round. Ninane will play against Melsele and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
