Everything went according to plan when second ranked Anwil (19-7) defeated 13th ranked Asseco (9-17) in Gdynia 79-68. Anwil made 19-of-23 charity shots (82.6 percent) during the game. They also forced 22 Asseco turnovers. 24 personal fouls committed by Asseco helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was Serbian guard Nemanja Jaramaz (200-91, agency: BeoBasket) who scored 15 points.
