Not a big story in a game when 16th ranked Olympique Antibes (7-17) was defeated on the road by thirteenth ranked JDA Dijon (9-15) 61-52 on Friday. Olympique Antibes was trailing by 2 points at halftime but managed to get 4-point lead after three quarters before a 18-5 charge of JDA Dijon, which allowed them to win the game. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Olympique Antibes to just 5 points in fourth quarter. Worth to mention a great performance of American point guard David Holston (168-86, college: Chicago St.) who helped to win the game recording 20 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and the other American import power forward Brandon Peterson (204-90, college: Arkansas St., agency: Inception Sports) who added 6 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was American Tim Blue (205-84, college: Middle Tenn.St.) with 15 points and Isaia Cordinier (194-96) scored 9 points and 5 rebounds. JDA Dijon moved-up to twelfth place, which they share with Chalons-Reims and Hyeres-Toulon. Olympique Antibes lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the sixteenth position with 17 games lost. JDA Dijon will face higher ranked Limoges CSP Elite (#11) at home in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Olympique Antibes will play against Chalon/Saor (#3) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
