An interesting game for Salon Vilpas (27-8) which hosted in Salo second-ranked Helsinki Seagulls (24-11). First ranked Salon Vilpas managed to get a 12-point victory 81-69. The game was mostly controlled by Salon Vilpas. Helsinki Seagulls was better in second period 16-9. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Helsinki Seagulls lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the third place with 11 games lost. Salon Vilpas will play against Kouvot (#6) in Kouvola in the next round where they are favorite. Helsinki Seagulls will play on the road against KTP-Basket in Kotka and hopes to get back on the winning track.
