Regular Season Round 24: C.Adelantados - Leganes 74-61

An interesting game for C.Adelantados (19-5) which hosted in San Cristobal 4th ranked Leganes (17-7). First ranked C.Adelantados managed to get a 13-point victory 74-61. The game was mostly controlled by C.Adelantados. Leganes was better in second period 20-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. C.Adelantados forced 24 Leganes turnovers. American players dominated the game. Worth to mention a great performance of power forward Aulani Sinclair (186-90, college: Indiana) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and guard Tyonna Outland (173-92, college: CSU Bakersfield, agency: ProDep Management) who added 16 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was forward Christina Marinacci (185-91, college: USC) with 17 points and 8 rebounds and center Ashley Ezeh (185, college: Texas St.) scored 19 points. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. C.Adelantados have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position in Group B with 19-5 record, which they share with Estudiantes and Alcobendas. Leganes at the other side keeps the fourth place with seven games lost. C.Adelantados will play against Antiguo Boscos (#8) in Zaragoza in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Leganes will play at home against Valencia (#12) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
