Very predictable result when third ranked Pau-Lacq-Orthez (18-6) defeated on the road 15th ranked Cholet Basket (8-16) 76-69 on Saturday. The game without a history. Pau-Lacq-Orthez led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Worth to mention a great performance of naturalized Congolese Jean-Michel Mipoka (198-85) who helped to win the game recording 23 points and 6 rebounds and the former international center Alain Koffi (207-83, agency: BeoBasket) who added 15 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was the former international point guard Jonathan Rousselle (187-90) with 18 points and 8 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and center Jerry Boutsiele (207-92) produced a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds. Pau-Lacq-Orthez moved-up to second place. Cholet Basket lost third consecutive game. They keep the fifteenth position with 16 games lost.
