Regular Season Round 24: Boulazac - Nantes 75-66

Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both seventh ranked Boulazac Basket and 8th ranked Nantes had identical 12-11 record. This time Boulazac Basket used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Nantes 75-66. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 20-13. But Nantes won second period 22-21. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a good game for Jerome Sanchez (197-90) who led his team to a victory with 18 points and 5 assists. Guard Gaetan Clerc (189-91) contributed with 18 points for the winners. Nantes at the other side keeps the eighth position with 12 games lost. Boulazac Basket's next round opponent will be league's leader JL Bourg on the road and it may be quite challenging game. Nantes will play against Charleville-Mezieres (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
