Regular Season Round 23: Dunkerque - Arras 64-67

Twelfth-ranked Dunkerque (6-17) made lots of trouble for fourth ranked Arras (15-8). The visitors from Arras managed to secure only three-point victory 67-64. However their fans expected much easier game. It looked good early as Dunkerque took a 8-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Arras took control winning two of next three quarters and eventually winning the game that evening by 3 points. Arras forced 22 Dunkerque turnovers. American guard D'lesha Lloyd (179-86, college: Clemson) orchestrated the victory by scoring 18 points and 4 assists. Guard Aminata Konate (169-90) contributed with 9 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Point guard Aline Dumont (169-95) answered with 21 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and forward Anais Viale (188-91) added 15 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Dunkerque. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Arras have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain fourth place with 15-8 record. Dunkerque lost sixth consecutive game. They dropped to the eleventh position with 17 games lost. They share it with Limoges and Roannais.
