Regular Season Round 24: TLU/Kalev - Rapla 76-72

Very important is a road loss of third ranked Rapla (20-12) against seventh ranked TLU/Kalev (12-20) on Tuesday night. Visiting Rapla was defeated by TLU/Kalev in a tough game in Tallinn 72-76. Strangely Rapla outrebounded TLU/Kalev 44-24 including a 16-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. The best player for the winners was Serbian center Djordje Dzeletovic (205-93, agency: AproK Sports Group) who scored 28 points and 5 rebounds. The former international forward Kaido Saks (207-86, agency: Blacktop Management) chipped in 16 points. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Rasham Suarez (190-92, college: S.Mississippi) who recorded a double-double by scoring 18 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists and international Martin Paasoja (191-93) added 18 points and 9 rebounds respectively. Four Rapla players scored in double figures. TLU/Kalev moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Valga. Rapla at the other side dropped to the second position with 12 games lost.
