Another interesting game for Rayos de Hermosillo (3-1) which played on the court of Halcones de Ciudad Obregon (2-2). Second ranked Rayos de Hermosillo had an easy win 105-91. Halcones de Ciudad Obregon was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. American players dominated the game. Forward Tristan Spurlock (203-91, college: Cent.Florida) stepped up and scored 22 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners and guard Anthlon Bell (190-93, college: Arkansas) chipped in 20 points. Rayos de Hermosillo's coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Forward Michael Glover (203-87, college: Iona) responded with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 21 rebounds and swingman Glen Rice-Jr (198-91, college: Georgia Tech) scored 14 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Five Rayos de Hermosillo and four Halcones de Ciudad Obregon players scored in double figures. Rayos de Hermosillo have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain second place with 3-1 record behind leader Tijuana, which they share with Guasave and Navolato. Rayos de Hermosillo will play against league's leader Tijuana Zonkeys at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week.
