Regular Season Round 24: TTU - Parnu 71-85

Another interesting game for Parnu (17-15) which played in Tallinn against TTU (16-16). Fourth ranked Parnu had an easy win 85-71. It looked good early as TTU took a 2-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Parnu had a 23-18 second period charge getting the lead and TTU was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 71-85. Parnu dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to TTU's 26. They outrebounded TTU 44-31 including 32 on the defensive glass. TTU was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of Croatian center Domagoj Bubalo (212-91, agency: 011 Sports) who helped to win the game recording 23 points and 7 rebounds and forward Mihkel Kirves (190-96) who added 12 points and 14 rebounds during the contest. Five Parnu players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was the former international forward Joonas Jarvelainen (202-90, agency: Octagon Europe) with 24 points and 8 rebounds and Kiur Akenparg (190-88) scored 14 points. Parnu maintains fourth position with 17-15 record. TTU lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the fifth place with 16 games lost.
