No shocking result in a game when first ranked Moncalieri (18-7) beat on the road 16th ranked Domodossola (7-18) 74-69 on Wednesday. Moncalieri made 18-of-20 free shots (90.0 percent) during the game. Swingman Leone Gioria (194-84) orchestrated the victory by scoring 16 points and 8 rebounds. Forward Riccardo Coviello (197-88) contributed with 12 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Five Moncalieri players scored in double figures. Guard Antonio Serroni (192-87) replied with 24 points and power forward Francesco Tuci (204-92) added 19 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Domodossola. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Moncalieri maintains first position in B with 18-7 record. Newly promoted Domodossola keeps the sixteenth place with 18 games lost.
