Very predictable result in Bunbury where fourth ranked Eagles (3-1) beat bottom-ranked Slammers (0-3) 86-75 on Saturday. Eagles dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Slammers' 38. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Slammers were plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was swingman Drew Williamson (196-83, college: Metro St.) who scored 30 points and 6 assists.
