Regular Season Round 20: Niki Lefkadas - Proteas 61-57

The most important game in the last round took place in Lefkadas between third ranked Proteas (12-7) and sixth ranked Niki Lefkadas (12-8) on Sunday night. Proteas was defeated by Niki Lefkadas in a tough game on the road 57-61. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Proteas. Niki Lefkadas forced 21 Proteas turnovers. Niki Lefkadas have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Dafni Agioy. Proteas at the other side dropped to the fourth position with seven games lost. Niki Lefkadas is looking forward to face league's second-placed Athinaikos in Athens in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Proteas will play at home against the league's leader Olympiacos and is hoping to win this game.
