Regular Season Round 20: Dafni Agioy - PAOK 60-67

Another exciting game for PAOK (10-10) which played in Athens against 5th ranked Dafni Agioy (12-8). Eighth ranked PAOK won 67-60. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Dafni Agioy. PAOK made 18-of-21 charity shots (85.7 percent) during the game. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Korinne Campbell (184-88, college: W.Virginia) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds and the former international guard Lolita Lymoura (180-85) who added 10 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists during the contest. Four PAOK players scored in double figures. Canadian swingman Cassandra Brown (188-92, college: Portland) responded with 20 points and 8 rebounds and American center Shelby Cheslek (196-92, college: Gonzaga) produced a double-double by scoring 12 points, 16 rebounds and 5 blocks. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. PAOK moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Panathlitikos. Newly promoted Dafni Agioy keeps the fifth position with eight games lost. They share it with Niki Lefkadas. PAOK will play against higher ranked Panathinaikos (#3) in Athens in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Dafni Agioy will play on the road against Terpsithea in Glyfadas and hopes to get back on the winning track.
