Not a big story in a game when 15th ranked Viterbo SA (4-23) was defeated at home by ninth ranked Cefalu (13-13) 63-55 on Sunday. It was a great evening for naturalized Argentinian point guard Emiliano Paparella (180-83, agency: Players Group) who led his team to a victory scoring 17 points and 4 steals. Forward Marco Mollura (196-93) helped adding 8 points and 10 rebounds. The best for the losing side was point guard Francesco Ingrilli (-96) with 5 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists and naturalized Polish power forward Sandro Listwon (204-93) scored 13 points and 7 rebounds. Newly promoted Cefalu maintains ninth place in B with 13-13 record. Loser Viterbo SA keeps the fifteenth position with 23 games lost. Cefalu will face higher ranked Palestrina (#3) in Roma in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Viterbo SA will play on the road against Forli Tigers (#6) and hope to win that game.
