Everything went according to plan when fifth ranked Calidus Gal.COB (15-7) beat on the road 13th ranked Vigo VGO (6-17) 77-66 on Sunday. The guests trailed by 5 points at the halftime before their 50-34 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Calidus Gal.COB outrebounded Vigo VGO 30-19 including 23 on the defensive glass. Forward Cristian Iglesias (198-94) scored 15 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals to lead the charge for the winners and Georgian swingman Luka Bulashvili (192-98, agency: Dynamics Global Management) chipped in 18 points (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) during the contest.
