Top ranked Al Riyadi (16-6) recorded its sixth loss in Zouk on Tuesday night. Visitors were edged by third ranked Tadamon (9-13) 89-87. Tadamon looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Bosnian-Serbian center Mile Ilic (215-84) fired a double-double by scoring 23 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. American forward Maurice Kemp (203-91, college: E.Carolina, agency: Duran International) chipped in 20 points and 8 rebounds. Four Tadamon players scored in double figures. The former international guard Amir Saoud (186-91) produced 28 points and 7 assists and the former international forward Mohamad Haidar (201-90, college: Michigan Tech) added 22 points and 10 rebounds respectively for lost side. Tadamon maintains third position in LBL with 9-13 record having seven points less than leader Al Riyadi. Defending champion Al Riyadi still keeps top place with six games lost. Tadamon are looking forward to face league's second-placed Al Moutahed in Tripoli in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Al Riyadi will play at home against Champville and is hoping to win this game.
