Not a big story in a game when 6th ranked Iwate Big Bulls (13-38) were outplayed on the road by first ranked Gunma (33-18) 85-65 on Saturday. Gunma outrebounded Iwate Big Bulls 44-29 including a 32-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Gunma made 7 blocks.
