There was a minor upset when second-best Valencia-2 (7-6) was defeated on the road by fourth ranked UCAM Murcia II (6-8) 83-77 on Saturday. The game without a history. UCAM Murcia II led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. UCAM Murcia II had a 28-15 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The best player for the winners was point guard Pablo Carselle (183-93) who scored 13 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists. Russian center Nikolay Rogozhkin (221-93, agency: Alti Sport) chipped in 11 points and 9 rebounds. Five UCAM Murcia II players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was swingman Josep Puerto (199-99) who recorded 24 points and 6 rebounds and Jon Galarza (193-97) added 8 points and 10 rebounds respectively. Valencia-2's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. UCAM Murcia II moved-up to third place in Group E Clasif, which they share with Cartagena.
