Fifth-ranked Tokyo Excel. (20-31) made lots of trouble for first ranked Nishinomiya S. (37-15). The visitors from Hyogo managed to secure only three-point victory 80-77. However their fans expected much easier game. Nishinomiya S. made 21-of-27 charity shots (77.8 percent) during the game.
