Semi-Finals Game 1: Tim-Scuf - Dynamo-NPU 98-42

Tim-Scuf eased past Dynamo-NPU in the semis opener. The game without a history. Tim-Scuf led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Dynamo-NPU to just 5 points in fourth quarter. Tim-Scuf held Dynamo-NPU to an opponent 24.0 percent shooting from the field compared to 44.9 percent accuracy of the winners. Tim-Scuf forced 27 Dynamo-NPU turnovers and outrebounded them 47-31 including 37 on the defensive glass. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 29 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Dynamo-NPU's players. Tim-Scuf brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. Dynamo-NPU was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. The former international swingman Anna Olkhovyk (188-87, agency: Promotex) nailed 29 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side and the former international swingman Nataliya Skorbatyuk (182-95) accounted for 17 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Four Tim-Scuf players scored in double figures. Nataliia Tsiubyk (178-98) came up with 18 points and 6 rebounds and Olena Boiko (181-97) added 6 points and 7 rebounds respectively for Dynamo-NPU in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
