Bottom-ranked Amazone (0-26) is still winless. This time they lost on the road their 26th consecutive match to fourth ranked Binnenland (15-10) 101-46. Binnenland dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Amazone's 28. Binnenland forced 28 Amazone turnovers and outrebounded them 50-31 including a 24-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. Guard Inez van-Hulsen (167-94) notched 13 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and swingman Lisa Van-Den-Adel (179-89) supported her with 16 points and 4 assists. Five Binnenland players scored in double figures. Binnenland's coach Joost van Rangelrooy felt very confident using 11 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Even 16 points and 6 rebounds by Danielle Pruijs (184-97) did not help to save the game for Amazone. Renee Hoveling (186-94) added 7 points and 7 rebounds for the guests. Binnenland maintains fourth position with 15-10 record. Amazone at the other side still closes the standings. Binnenland will play against league's second-placed Grasshoppers in Katwijk in the next round and it may be the game of the week.
