Semi-Finals Game 3: Goettingen - Neuss 76-69

Goettingen topped Neuss to advance into North Finals. TG Neuss were trailing by 5 points at halftime but managed to get 1-point lead after three quarters before a 24-16 charge of Goettingen, which allowed them to win the game. The best player for the winners was Trinidad and Tobago center Verdine Warner (196-92, college: Shaw) who had a double-double by scoring 22 points and 16 rebounds. Guard Jennifer Crowder (164-96) chipped in 21 points. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Dara Taylor (173-91, college: Penn St.) who recorded 11 points, 5 rebounds and 9 assists and the other American import guard Deanna Weaver (180, college: Boise St.) added 17 points and 7 rebounds respectively. Four TG Neuss players scored in double figures.
