Finals Game 3: Kibirkstis - Fortuna 65-43

Kibirkstis rallied past Fortuna to earn LMKL Bronze medals. It looked good early as Fortuna took a 4-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Kibirkstis had a 16-9 second period charge getting the lead and Fortuna was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 43-65. It was an exceptional evening for international center Laura Juskaite (187-97) who led the winners and scored 11 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists. Swingman Vitalija Kaminskyte (181-92) accounted for 8 points and 10 rebounds for the winning side. Kibirkstis' coach Jurgita Streimikyte felt very confident using 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The former international guard Andra Andra Gabalyte (179-80, college: Liberty) came up with 14 points and 9 rebounds and the former international swingman Lina Aglinskaite (182-87) added 13 points and 9 rebounds respectively for Fortuna in the defeat.
