No shocking result in a game in llkirch-Graff. where sixth ranked Reims (15-11) defeated 9th ranked SIG (11-15) 59-41. The game was mostly controlled by Reims. SIG was better in third quarter 12-11. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Reims forced 19 SIG turnovers. Guard Fleur Devillers (181-95) notched 13 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the effort and Montenegrin forward Biljana Pavicevic (191-80) supported her with 10 points and 7 rebounds. Even 6 points and 10 rebounds by forward Rejane Verin (185-93, college: Cal-Riverside) did not help to save the game for SIG. Point guard Kathleen Bourdin (162-87) added 8 points and 4 assists for the hosts. SIG's coach rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. Reims moved-up to fifth place, which they share with COB Calais. SIG at the other side keeps the ninth position with 15 games lost.
