Semi-Finals Game 2: Marburg - Keltern 76-64

Marburg fired past Keltern to force the decisive third game in the series. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. BC Pharmaserv Marburg made 21-of-27 free shots (77.8 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Gruner Stern Keltern turnovers. The former international power forward Svenja Greunke (188-89) orchestrated the victory by scoring 27 points and 9 rebounds. Bulgarian power forward Diana Voynova (192-88, college: Duquesne) contributed with 17 points for the winners. Belgian Emmanuella Mayombo (170-92, agency: LBM Management) replied with 14 points and 5 rebounds and American point guard Quenese Davis (170-88, college: San Diego St.) added 4 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists in the effort for Gruner Stern Keltern.
