Sixth-ranked Yokohama BC (15-39) made lots of trouble for fourth ranked Niigata Albirex (24-30). The visitors from Niigata managed to secure only three-point victory 82-79. However their fans expected easier game. American Davante Gardner (203-91, college: Marquette) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 12 rebounds. The other American import power forward Clint Chapman (208-89, college: Texas, agency: Babcock Sports) contributed with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 13 rebounds for the winners. American forward Jeffrey Parmer (203-85, college: Florida Atlantic) replied with 25 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists and the former international guard Takuya Kawamura (193-86) added 19 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists in the effort for Yokohama BC. Yokohama BC's coach Taketo Aoki rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Niigata Albirex maintains fourth position with 24-30 record, which they share with Kyoto Hannar. Yokohama BC lost tenth consecutive game. They keep the sixth place with 39 games lost. They share the position with Shiga L-Stars.
